1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Milestone Digital LLC provides the following services:

  • Web design and development
  • Software development
  • Mobile app development
  • UI/UX design
  • Consulting services

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide all necessary materials and information in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback and approvals within agreed timeframes
  • Make payments according to agreed terms
  • Ensure that provided content does not infringe on third-party rights

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to work created specifically for you are transferred to you. We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement exists.

Licensed third-party components (e.g., fonts, stock photos, plugins) remain subject to their respective license terms.

5. Payment Terms

  • Projects typically require a 50% deposit before work begins
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion
  • Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date
  • Late payments may incur interest charges

6. Project Changes

Changes to the project scope after work has begun may incur additional costs and time. Significant changes require written agreement and may necessitate a revised quote.

7. Warranties

We warrant that our work will be performed with reasonable care and skill. For a period of 30 days after project completion, we will fix bugs attributable to our work at no additional cost.

This warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party software, hosting environments, or modifications made by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, all work completed up to the termination date must be paid for. Payments made for undelivered work will be refunded proportionally.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The place of jurisdiction is Sheridan, Wyoming.
